Great attention to detail. I literally did nothing on this project. She definitely spoiled me. Running a business is hard enough and she handled everything! I’m so happy I chose Mrs Lenna at FOS . I focused on my business and she took care on my 2nd location. Once completed I was happy! as long as I’m in business my loyalty is to her. Pricing was competitive to other firms, the only difference is that I still had to do runs with other firms used previously . She handled everything and that was a bargain in my opinion, and most importantly I focused on my business.

She was able to provide me with realistic drawings and can’t wait to see the final product. Was able to work with my budget and provided different options on materials. The main structure, oriented along its northern face, houses the public spaces: kitchen, living, and dining areas. At the heart of the design is a year-round courtyard—a space that offers shade during the summer and protection from winter winds. The lower structure is dedicated to private spaces, including three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a private office. Our design for a pavilion that hovers over ice. T Our design for a pavilion that hovers over ice. This pavilion is designed to be constructed like a kit of parts. It is made of 12-gauge hot-rolled blackened steel that is shaped using reusable plywood formwork. The steel is molded with heat and pressure to achieve its hyperbolic geometry while minimizing waste. Once shaped, the modular steel panels are bolted at the spine and peak, ensuring easy assembly and stability. Concrete pedestals anchor the structure with minimal ground impact, blending strength with environmental sensitivity. Kit of Parts 1. Steel plate 2. Bolts embedded into concrete pedestal 3. Angles bolted to each of the 4 generated sections. 4. Bolts located at the peak and spine of the form. 5. Each generated section is identical, just mirrored to create the structure. 7. Nuts connected to the bolts anchoring the structure together. 8. Concrete pedestals allowing for minimal touch points on the ice.
