Kinney House Development

The Kinney House Development is a three-home residential project located on one acre of land in East Austin, envisioned with a Mediterranean-inspired design language. The development emphasizes indoor-outdoor living and a cohesive architectural aesthetic across all three homes.

Each home is designed to evoke a warm, timeless feel through the use of stucco finishes, clay tile accents, and arched elements, while integrating clean, modern lines. Landscaping, outdoor terraces, and strategic orientation on the lot further enhance the connection to nature and the communal layout of the site. This project aims to balance elegance with livability in a rapidly evolving urban context.
