Kinney House Development is a boutique three residence community in East Austin designed to create a refined architectural environment centered around privacy, connection, and timeless residential living.

Project Overview

Rather than treating the project as three individual homes placed on a site, the development was envisioned as a unified architectural experience. Each residence, courtyard, and outdoor space was carefully composed to create a cohesive sense of place while preserving privacy and individuality.

Design Approach

Inspired by Mediterranean architecture and reinterpreted through a contemporary lens, the homes combine arched forms, textured stucco, clay tile accents, and warm natural materials with clean modern detailing to create spaces that feel refined, inviting, and enduring.

The development was designed as a complete architectural composition where buildings, landscape, and outdoor spaces work together to create a connected residential experience.

Mediterranean Influence

Arched architectural forms, textured stucco, clay tile accents, and warm natural materials reinterpret Mediterranean design through a modern architectural language.
